Coed Beach Hat Tournament
to Benefit the 2007 US Women's Beach World Championship Team

When: Saturday October 6, 2007. 9 am checkin, games start at 10.
This is the week before beach league starts, so it's a great opportunity to get your sand legs back!

Where: Santa Monica beach at the end of Ocean Park Blvd (where beach league is held)

Why: LAOUT's own Alison Regan, a member of the world champion US Women's team from the 2004 tournament in Portugal, is captaining this year's team, which will be headed to Maceio (the capital of Algoas), Brazil in December to defend the title. Other Los Angeles members of the team include Stacey Adams, Nicole Belle Isle, Vanessa Brisson, and Minh Huynh. Half of the team is from LA! Support your homegirls by participating in this tournament, in order to help defray the expensive travel costs associated with playing in Brazil.

How: On time registration (PayPal-ed or mailed by Friday Sept 28) fee will be $26. Sign up here online. Late registrations will be accepted with an additional $10 late fee, as long as there is space in the tournament.
