    I leave it open to interpretation, but I feel there’s three basic ways you can go with this.

    1) Most nipple piercings per player within a small period of time. Existing piercings count towards your score.
    2) Most decorative piercing.
    3) Game of nipple piercing chicken. Three players - one from each of the teams in the 3-way tie - each with two needles stand in a topless triangle. Right hand to left nipple of player to your right. Left hand to right nipple of player to your left. Last player standing wins.
