What: LAOUT's second annual coed beach tournament

When: Saturday & Sunday January 13-14, 2001

Where: Dockweiller State park south of Playa Del Rey, north of Manhattan Beach (in front of Hyperion Water Treatment Plant)
Parking: $ To Be Determined
RV Park ($14-17 per night)
Public Restroom, Outdoor Showers
restrictions: no pets, no alcohol, beach closes at 10 PM (main parking lot closes at dusk)

Directions: get on the 105 (Imperial Hwy., just south of LAX) heading west
Take it all the way to the end (at the ocean).
Go left on Vista del Mar
After you drive under the footbridge, go right at the light into the parking lot
This lot should be free of charge, but it will probably close at dusk.
Alternate parking available in the lot directly at the end of Imperial Hwy. for $5. This lot closes at 10 PM.

How: Email Canada Gordon. The registration will not be finalized until a check for $125 made out to LAOUT has been received. Teams getting their checks to the TD before December 1, 2000 will receive a $25 refund. They can be sent to Canada Gordon, 3949 Redwood Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90066.

Format: 2M/2F and 3M/1F coed divisions. An unlimited number of fields: 25 yards by 40 yards plus 15 yard endzones.
Games to 13, win by 2, cap at 15. No half-time, 2 time-outs per team per game. Saturday captains' meeting 9:30, see link to schedule below.

Extras: water/bagels/fruit included
Grilling both days in the afternoon/evening, with hot dogs (meat & veggie) Sunday.
