General Information
What: The 2007 men’s club season will be kicking off with a new bang. We will be hosting a one-day hat tournament to encourage the growth of club men’s ultimate in the greater LA area and to begin our tryout process. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged. Host committee: Brian Calle, Will Arnold, Andy "BOFA" Sammons & Aaron Jacobs (Los Angeles) and Will Harris, Steve Boikess & Jeff Gable (Long Beach)
When: Sunday April 29, 2007. Games begin at 9:00 am. Please arrive at 8:15 to find your captain, meet your teammates, and warm up. There will be a captains' meeting at 8:45.

How: Online registration form. The first 128 people to register (on time) are guaranteed a team; players who register after that will be added to a standby list pending the creation of another team or replacement of players who drop out. Online registration deadline is April 16. If mailing a check, postmark deadline is April 16. Regular on time tournament fee is $18. Late registration (if there is still room in the tournament) is an additional $10, so $28 total.
Format: 8 men’s teams. We will have two pools of four, will reseed and then play Quarters-Semis-Finals.
Extras: Field-food will be limited so bring water and food. We will provide some water and goodies.
Party: A showcase game featuring the Claremont Braineaters and UCLA SMAUG will take place in concurrence with the finals, featuring refreshments.
Attire: Team colors will be assigned. Please bring additional white and black t-shirts.
Refund Policy: Full refund until April 10. No refunds after that.
