Registration must be completed (this form submitted and money received, or postmarked if mailing a check) by June 7 at NOON. Late submissions will be accepted with a $10 late fee - if there is space left in the tournament. Don't be late! If you do not pre-register there are no guarantees that you will be placed on a team. Email the Tournament Director if you have any questions or concerns about registration.
