On-time registration must be postmarked by March 10. Late submissions will be accepted with an additional $5 late fee postmarked by March 17. Late submissions may not receive a shirt. Don't be late! If you do not pre-register and you show up on the day of the tournament, there are no guarantees that you will be placed on a team or receive a shirt. Contact the TD at stpats@laout.org to plead your case if for some strange reason this applies to you.
1. Write a check for $25 ($30 if registering late) payable to LAOUT and mail it to Jeff Talbot, 121 South Evergreen St., Ventura, CA 93003.
2. email the following information (include in the subject "St Pats Hat 2006 Registration") about yourself to stpats@laout.org (you will be notified if your submission is incomplete, but please try to include all information on your first try)

Please Note: Sand bagging will not be tolerated; besides, it’s poor spirit, and you’ll lose your lucky charms.... those doing so will be made a public spectacle at the players' party!
3. Make sure your UPA membership is current at http://www2.upa.org/membership . If you are not a current member, join or renew. This is a UPA sanctioned event, so you must be a UPA member.
What do I get for signing up early?
The first 100 people to sign up will receive a St Pat's 2006 disc.
Everyone who pays on time will get a shirt (late sign-ups are iffy)
