Women’s League 2010
Mar 4th, 2010 | By nbelleisle | Category: Lead Article, LeaguesWomen’s League 2010 will be on the beach in Santa Monica again, on the 6 Sundays from April 18 - May 23. The first Sunday will be a beginner/intermediate clinic, and the last will be the final tournament followed by a party at a local beach hangout. Regular season games will start at 10 am. Two games per week, so generally ending by 1 pm. It’s totally fine if you can only make a few of the games - just indicate that on your registration form.
Online registration is closed, but if you would like to play, email Nicole at womensleague@laout.org to be added to a team. Cost is $20 per person, but if you are a first time women’s league player it’s only $10. Returning players - if you refer a newbie, you get a $5 discount. You will receive payment information by email after you register.

Where is it - I get Santa Monica, but where? Close to the pier? Somewhere else? I am not a beach person and don’t know where you all play.
Hey Lori, sorry about not posting specific directions before. It’s basically where Ocean Park Blvd would hit the beach if it kept going beyond where it ends at Barnard Way in Santa Monica. There are parking lots on either side of that area. The one to the south is $7 to park for the day, but if you get a farmers market card on your way in and walk over to the farmers market on Main St to get it validated, you get your money back
